Please consider bringing a donation for the silent or oral auction that will be held on Thursday, September 24th, at the NSLHA Fall Convention in Kearney! It’s for a great cause!
All proceeds from the auctions finance scholarships/grants for deserving speech-language pathology and audiology students in Nebraska. The cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served prior to the auction will make the evening event even more fun.
All you need to do is create a theme-based basket of items that can be sold during the auction. Past ideas included Big Red baskets, Halloween/Christmas/holiday baskets, beer or wine baskets, homemade crafts baskets, snack baskets, game baskets, etc. OR you could donate a small gift card (coffee, fast food, etc.) for the silent auction. It would be especially nice if students could ask employers to donate these cards! All donations, even small ones, are greatly appreciated!
Please bring your donation with you to the convention, and drop it off at the NSLHA convention registration desk. Be sure to attach this NSLHA auction form to your basket.
Thank you so much for your continued support of our professions! For more information, please contact Ande Olson.
Sponsored by the Nebraska Speech-Language-Hearing Endowment Fund Board of Directors
A student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) is conducting the study.
